Economy shipping does not have any insurance covered. Every order can be insured by choosing ROUTE-package protection partner upon checkout. We highly recommend our customers to shop all product with route coverage.

Our standard shipping service delivers 10-12 business days. Generally, this method is safe for orders with value of up to USD 200 as this shipping method covers maximum of USD 30 insurance which is included in the freight charge. More insurance coverage can be purchased with additional cost which you can add during your shopping.

In case of mis-delivery errors via carrier, incorrect shipping info, buyer country customs regulations or any other reason which makes delay shipment, will not be responsible but we will give support as much as we can.

As a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud, there might be a slight delay in shipment of certain orders due to the verification process.
