- Customer Error: If you realize that you’ve ordered incorrectly, we can facilitate an exchange if the original items are still in stock. Returns must be shipped back at your expense and must be in good, unused condition. Please note that customized orders cannot be returned.

- Change of Mind: We do not accept returns if a customer simply changes their mind about a purchase.

- Genuine Reason for Exchange: We will consider requests for exchanges on a case-by-case basis if there is a genuine reason.

 

Exchange Options:

- Product Exchange: Customers can exchange purchased items for different products within our range, subject to availability. 

- Store Credit: Customers have the option to receive store credit equivalent to 100% of the original product purchase price for future use. 

  

Exchange Conditions:

- Exchanges are processed once returned items are received in their original, unused condition.

Shipping Costs:

- Return Shipping: Customers will bear the shipping costs related to returns for non-exchange purposes. Please be aware that prior shipping charges, as well as any bank fees, are non-refundable.

 

Order Amendments:

- If you wish to amend an order before it has shipped, changes will be accommodated without additional charges if the item is in stock. 

- For customized orders that have already been produced, customers will bear production costs, but the remaining amount may be utilized for a new order. 

  

Returned Shipments:

- If an item has already been dispatched, customers must cover the freight and insurance costs to return the shipment. 

- Packages must remain unopened for inspection prior to issuing any credit. 

  

Inspection of Returns:

- All returned items will be subjected to careful inspection; returns will not be accepted if items are found to be damaged or altered.

- JEWELNJOY.COM will not accept payment disputes initiated through credit cards or other methods. Any disputes should be handled directly with us.

 

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items:

- Customized Products: Products customized to meet specific customer specifications, including unique designs and requests, are considered final sale.   

- Special Cuts and Sizes: Items featuring custom cuts, shapes, or sizes that are crafted to order cannot be returned. 

- Discounted and Clearance Items: Products purchased during a discount or clearance sale are sold as-is, and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

- Made-to-Order Products: Products made specifically at the customer’s request cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.  

- Display Products: Certain display items may not be eligible for returns; exclusions will be specified at the time of purchase. 

 

Import Duties, Taxes & Tariffs Policy:

At Jewelnjoy.com, we would like to clearly inform our valued customers that all import duties, tariffs, taxes, and additional charges imposed by the buyer’s country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Changing Global Tariffs:

Due to recent global changes, tariff rates and import taxes vary frequently from country to country, and even logistics service providers are finding it challenging to manage these fluctuations. Therefore, we want our customers to fully understand the conditions before placing an order.

1. Tariff & Duty Charges:

Every country applies tariffs and import duties at different percentages. These charges are beyond our control and must be paid by the buyer.

2. Best Practice for Smooth Clearance:

To avoid delays, we strongly recommend that buyers settle applicable tariffs, import duties, and taxes at the time of order placement. This ensures faster and smoother customs clearance.

3. Responsibility of the Buyer:

If a buyer chooses to pay import duties at the destination country but then refuses to pay upon shipment arrival, or fails to respond to the local logistics/customs team, the shipment may be returned, held, or destroyed by authorities.

In such cases, all charges, including return shipping costs, customs penalties, and handling fees, will be borne by the buyer.

If the customer wishes to cancel the order or claim a refund from the bank under such circumstances, a full refund is not possible. All expenses incurred (shipping, customs, handling, bank charges, etc.) will be deducted before any refund can be considered.

Even banks cannot force Jewelnjoy.com to provide a full refund in these cases, as it is clearly the buyer’s responsibility to bear these expenses.

Shipping Insurance, Timeline & Risk Policy:

At Jewelnjoy.com, we value every shipment and strive to ensure safe and timely delivery. However, it is important for buyers to clearly understand the risks and responsibilities related to shipping insurance and transit timelines.

1. Insurance Not Selected by Buyer:

If a buyer chooses not to add shipping insurance, the package will be shipped entirely at the buyer’s own risk.

In case of loss, damage, delay, or any other issue caused by the logistics service provider, Jewelnjoy.com will not be responsible and cannot provide compensation or support for an insurance claim.

2. No Bank Refunds for Uninsured Shipments:

If a shipment is uninsured and the buyer later raises a refund request through their bank for a lost or delayed package, such claims will not be accepted.

Responsibility for such claims lies only with the logistics or insurance provider (if insurance was purchased).

3. Shipping Timeline & Buyer Responsibility:

The estimated transit time for each shipping category (Economy, Express, Door-to-Door, etc.) is clearly mentioned on our website.

If a buyer chooses Economy shipping, the longer delivery timeline is already specified, and the shipment will be delivered accordingly.

Once the shipment is dispatched, requests such as order cancellation, refusal to accept delivery, change of mind, or repeated follow-up calls for early delivery will not be accepted.

Jewelnjoy.com cannot alter, influence, or speed up delivery timelines once the buyer has chosen a particular shipping service.
